SFCA ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REGULATIONS
In accordance with the community's covenants, homeowners seeking modifications to the outside of one's home or to the common property shall make application and seek approval in writing from the Architectural and Environmental Control Committee.

Planning an Exterior Change? Any changes to the exterior of your home need to be approved in advance by the community. This includes changes to the color of your home, siding or entry door, window replacement, and major landscaping projects.

MONTHLY ASSESSMENT
Remember, trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays and recycling pickup is on Tuesdays. PLEASE, place trash out no earlier than 7pm, the evening before collection.
Theft does not take any vacation days. Please make sure your vehicle is locked and valuables removed or hidden from view, especially during the overnight hours.
The Association will be issuing new parking permits to all residents.
