The 2023 Annual Meeting has been rescheduled due to the lack of required quorum. In accordance with Section 11B-111(6) of the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, the Rescheduled Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 beginning at 7:00 pm by Zoom videoconference. Community Assessments
All SFCA Homeowners, monthly pay HOA dues to support the HOA’s basic operating costs, maintenance and upkeep of the community.
HOA dues supports our community with regularly scheduled services such as landscaping, waste disposal, and utility services (street lighting) and the maintenance and upkeep of the roadways, sidewalks,tot-lots within the common areas.
